Middle Street Stroll - Saturday, December 10th, 2005 - 1 to 4 pm
Stroll historic Middle Street between 1 and 4 pm on Saturday, December 10th. Open houses, concerts, and programs offerd FREE throughout the afternoon. Gloucester Cooperative Bank invites you inside to enjoy FREE refreshments and holiday music performed live by local musicians.
Tree of Lights Celebration - Monday December 12th, 2005 - 5 pm
The Tree of lights celebration raises money for Hospice of the North Shore.
People honor loved ones by illuminating a light on the tree of lights and inscribing their name in the Tree of Lights Honor Roll Book. The funds raised help Hospice of the North Shore to continue its vital role of providing essential physical, emotional and spiritual support to terminally ill patients and their families.

PAST EVENTS
Canned Goods Collection - Donated November 2005
Just in time or Thanksgiving, Gloucester Cooperative Bank's President, Patrick Thorpe delivered 105 pounds of canned goods collected in the lobby to the Cape Ann Food Pantry. At the same time, he donated 315 pounds of Turkey purchased by the bank. Thank you to all of you who contributed canned goods.
Katrina Fundraiser - September & October 2005
The outpouring of support from the Cape Ann community for the benefit of hurricane Katrina survivors has been phenomenal. Gloucester Cooperative Bank was proud to present contributions totalling $30,000 to the American Red Cross disaster relief fund. All funds collected were donated by the caring and generous people of Cape Ann, Gloucester Cooperative Bank and their employees. Contributors for the fund include those made by Crescent Processing and Travel Merchant Services.
St. Ann's school contributed $1,300 from funds students raised through "Penny Wars". The students walked from the school to the bank with all their pennies!
Thanks to all of you, we made a difference!

Gloucester Community Band Concert - August 21st, 2005
Gloucester Cooperative Bank was proud to sponsor the Gloucester Community Band concert at Stage Fort Park in Gloucester on Sunday, August 21, 2005.
At the concert Gloucester Community Bank staff served up free ice cream and slush for the crowd.

2004 Tree of Lights celebrations, held in three locations, including Gloucester Cooperative Bank, raised $100,000.




Thanksgiving Food Donation - November, 2004
Gloucester Cooperative Bank collected canned goods in the bank lobby in November. They donated the 75 pounds of canned goods collected in the lobby along with 275 pounds of turkey that the bank purchased to the Cape Ann Food Pantry.
